30-Day Easy Returns

At Note Future, we want you to love your purchase. If, for any reason, you’re not satisfied, we offer a transparent and easy return process. Our policies are designed to be fair, clear, and fully compliant with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).


Return Policy Overview

  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the day you received your order to initiate a return.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging (including all tags and documentation).
  • Easy Returns: Returning items to us is simple, and our customer support team is here to assist you through every step.
  • Territorial Scope: This Return and Refund policy applies to all purchases made within Australia.

Return Costs

  • For Defective Products: No cost to the customer. This applies when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in any other way. In accordance with the ACL, we will cover the return shipping costs for goods that fail to meet consumer guarantees.
  • For Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): The actual cost of return delivery will be charged to you, the customer. This applies when you purchase the wrong product, the item does not fit, or you no longer want the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Email our team at support@notefuture.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Pack Your Item: Repack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documents.
  3. Send it Back: Drop your package off at the designated shipping carrier location as per the instructions provided in our return authorization email.

Refund Process

  1. Inspection: Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria.
  2. Refund: After inspection, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. It usually takes another 7 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items may not be eligible for return. These products will be clearly marked as non-returnable in the product description.

Note: Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law still apply if these items are found to be faulty or defective.
