Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship exclusively within Australia. This allows us to focus on providing the most reliable service and quality control for our local customers.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is always FREE across Australia. We believe in transparent pricing, so the price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay at checkout.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We work hard to get your items to you as quickly as possible. Here is what you can expect:
- Order Cutoff: 5:00 PM (AEST). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the next business day.
- Handling Time: 1 to 4 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Transit Time: 6 to 12 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Estimated Delivery: Most customers receive their orders within 7 to 16 business days.
Order Tracking
My estimated delivery date has passed. Where is my order?
While 99% of our orders arrive on time, logistics delays can occasionally happen. You can check your real-time status via our Track My Order page. If your order hasn't arrived within 3 days of the expected date, please reach out to us so we can investigate it for you.
